Our house with 9 vacation apartments is new and furnished in rural Tyrolean style with lots of wood. Our new apartment house is located on the outskirts of Fulpmes, but is still centrally located (only 4 minutes to the center). If you arrive by car, you will find our vacation house only 5 km from the freeway exit Schönberg on the A13 and you don't need snow chains even in the deepest winter.
Vacation home Höfer in Fulpmes in the Stubaital is located in a very quiet and sunny location and is accessible on level ground. Bus stops are in the immediate vicinity of our Stubaital apartments.

Our apartments in the Stubaital are an ideal starting point for hikers, mountaineers, bikers, skiers, snowboarders, cross-country skiers (when snow conditions are good, the cross-country trail is right up to the front door!) and paragliders (landing pad in front of our house). Since we are open all year round, there is something for everyone in our vacation apartments in Fulpmes.
We want to contribute for relaxing hours in your vacation time in the beautiful Tyrolean Stubaital. With a beautiful wellness area, equipped with Finnish sauna, infrared cabin, whirlpool, solarium, waterbed massage (HydroJet), relaxation room with tea bar and a large children's playroom, our house in Fulpmes in the Stubaital is well equipped. A ski room with heated shoe rack is also available.
Also your car may vacation with us in Fulpmes, because you will find free parking in front of our house.
