Cancellation conditions

Cancellations are annoying for you and for us, therefore we ask you to inform us in time about a cancellation to give other guests the possibility to spend their vacation with us.

 Cancellation free of charge until 2 months before the arrival date.

 Up to 1 month before the arrival date we retain the deposit paid, for you there are no further costs.

 Up to 1 week before the day of arrival 60% of the apartment price.

 In the last week before the day of arrival and in case of no-show 80% of the apartment price.

 In case of early departure, the full amount will be charged.
